Con su robusta construcci\u00f3n y la gran selecci\u00f3n de marchas, las gravel bikes son perfectas para las aventuras en el campo, pero tambi\u00e9n en la carretera. As\u00ed que, si buscas una bicicleta con la que puedas ir a cualquier parte, Gravel es la respuesta.  <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuadro de acero, cuadro de aluminio o cuadro de carbono<\/h3>\n<p>A la hora de elegir una gravel bike, tienes que decidir si quieres un cuadro de acero, un cuadro de aluminio o un cuadro de carbono. Cada material tiene sus propias ventajas y desventajas, as\u00ed que tienes que decidir cu\u00e1l es el adecuado para ti. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Los cuadros de acero<\/strong><span> <\/span>son estables y duraderos, lo que los hace ideales para las aventuras en el campo. Adem\u00e1s, son relativamente baratos, lo que los convierte en una opci\u00f3n popular para los ciclistas preocupados por el precio. Sin embargo, los cuadros de acero tambi\u00e9n son relativamente pesados, lo que puede dificultar su transporte.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Los cuadros de aluminio<\/strong><span> <\/span>son ligeros y estables, lo que los convierte en una buena opci\u00f3n para los ciclistas que buscan una bicicleta r\u00e1pida y \u00e1gil. Tambi\u00e9n son asequibles, lo que los convierte en una opci\u00f3n popular para los ciclistas preocupados por el precio. Y lo mejor de todo es que los cuadros de titanio nunca se oxidan, por lo que puedes estar seguro de que tu bicicleta seguir\u00e1 teniendo un buen aspecto incluso despu\u00e9s de a\u00f1os.  <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo calculo la altura del cuadro?<\/h3>\n<p>Para calcular la altura del cuadro, tienes que medir la longitud de tu entrepierna. Para ello, ponte de pie con los pies separados a la anchura de los hombros y mide la distancia entre tu entrepierna y el suelo. Una vez que tengas esta medida, puedes utilizar la siguiente f\u00f3rmula para calcular la altura del cuadro:  <\/p>\n<p>Altura del cuadro = (longitud de la entrepierna * 0,883) &#8211; (16,9)<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, si la longitud de tu entrepierna es de 27 pulgadas, la altura de tu cuadro se calcular\u00e1 de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<p>Altura del cuadro = (27 pulgadas * 0,883) &#8211; (16,9)<\/p>\n<p>Altura del cuadro = 23,7 pulgadas (60 cm)<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"toc-1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Equipamiento y componentes<\/h2>\n<p>Aunque hoy en d\u00eda hay muy buenas gravel bikes y apenas se pueden cometer errores de compra, el equipamiento de las gravel bikes difiere en los siguientes aspectos.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fabricante<\/li>\n<li>Versi\u00f3n del grupo de cambio (calidad)<\/li>\n<li>Cambio de 1 o 2 velocidades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En las gravel bikes, los cambios de 1 velocidad son frecuentes (un pi\u00f1\u00f3n en los pedales), pero yo personalmente prefiero los cambios de 2 velocidades.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grupos de cambio<\/h3>\n<p>Los cambios de gravel est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para ofrecer una amplia gama de opciones de cambio, para que puedas afrontar cualquier terreno con facilidad. La mayor\u00eda de las gravel bikes tienen una gama de 11 a 44 dientes, lo que las hace perfectas para colinas empinadas y terrenos dif\u00edciles. <\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grupo Shimano GRX<\/h4>\n<p>Shimano utiliza para la<span> <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Adf6tf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">tecnolog\u00eda GRX<\/a><span> <\/span>componentes de bicicletas de carretera y de monta\u00f1a para desarrollar componentes de gravel. La nueva <span> <\/span><strong>Shimano GRX<\/strong><span> <\/span>est\u00e1 disponible en versi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica o mec\u00e1nica, con bielas de 1 o 2 velocidades y desviadores de 10, 11 y 12 velocidades. Los <span> <\/span><em>niveles Ultegra<\/em><span> <\/span>del cambio de 11 velocidades con las abreviaturas<span> <\/span><strong>800<\/strong><span> <\/span>y<span> <\/span><strong>600<\/strong><span> <\/span>son algo m\u00e1s altos que los del<span> <\/span><em>grupo Tiagra<\/em>, mientras que el cambio de 10 velocidades con la designaci\u00f3n 400 corresponde aproximadamente al grupo Shimano Tiagra. Tambi\u00e9n hay un grupo de 12 velocidades en la familia GRX desde hace poco.  <\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grupo SRAM APEX<\/h4>\n<p>Muchas gravel bikes tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n equipadas con los<span> <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3AG8u7U\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">grupos SRAM APEX<\/a><\/strong>, que ofrecen una gran variedad de opciones de cambio para que puedas afrontar cualquier terreno con facilidad.
