Chaque mat\u00e9riau a ses propres avantages et inconv\u00e9nients, tu dois donc d\u00e9cider lequel est fait pour toi. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Les cadres en acier<\/strong><span> <\/span>sont stables et durables, ce qui les rend id\u00e9aux pour les aventures tout-terrain. De plus, ils sont relativement abordables, ce qui en fait un choix populaire pour les cyclistes soucieux de leur budget. Cependant, les cadres en acier sont aussi relativement lourds, ce qui peut compliquer le transport.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Les cadres en aluminium<\/strong><span> <\/span>sont l\u00e9gers et stables, ce qui en fait un bon choix pour les cyclistes recherchant un v\u00e9lo rapide et maniable. Ils sont \u00e9galement abordables, ce qui en fait un choix populaire pour les budgets serr\u00e9s. Cependant, les cadres en aluminium peuvent \u00eatre sensibles \u00e0 la corrosion, tu dois donc bien les entretenir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Les cadres en carbone<\/strong><span> <\/span>sont loption la plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re et la plus durable du march\u00e9, ce qui en fait le choix parfait pour les cyclistes s\u00e9rieux. Ils sont toutefois loption la plus co\u00fbteuse et ne sont donc pas forc\u00e9ment le choix id\u00e9al pour les cyclistes attentifs au prix. Les cadres en carbone sont cependant insensibles \u00e0 la corrosion et n\u00e9cessitent peu dentretien, ce qui en fait un investissement judicieux \u00e0 long terme.  <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un cadre en titane est-il meilleur que tous les autres ?<\/h3>\n<p>Les cadres en titane sont loption la plus on\u00e9reuse, mais ils offrent un certain nombre davantages par rapport aux autres mat\u00e9riaux de cadre.<\/p>\n<p>Les cadres en titane sont l\u00e9gers et robustes, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour les cyclistes exigeants. Ils r\u00e9sistent \u00e9galement \u00e0 la corrosion et n\u00e9cessitent donc tr\u00e8s peu dentretien. Et le meilleur, cest que les cadres en titane ne rouillent jamais, tu peux donc \u00eatre s\u00fbr que ton v\u00e9lo aura toujours fi\u00e8re allure apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es.  <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment calculer la taille du cadre ?<\/h3>\n<p>Pour calculer la taille du cadre, tu dois mesurer ton entrejambe. Pour ce faire, tiens-toi debout, les pieds \u00e9cart\u00e9s de la largeur des \u00e9paules, et mesure la distance entre ton entrejambe et le sol. Une fois que tu as cette mesure, tu peux utiliser la formule suivante pour calculer la hauteur du cadre :  <\/p>\n<p>Taille du cadre = (entrejambe * 0,883) &#8211; (16,9)<\/p>\n<p>Si ton entrejambe est par exemple de 27 pouces, la taille de ton cadre se calcule comme suit :<\/p>\n<p>Taille du cadre = (27 pouces * 0,883) &#8211; (16,9)<\/p>\n<p>Taille du cadre = 23,7 pouces (60 cm)<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"toc-1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9quipement et composants<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00eame sil existe d\u00e9sormais de tr\u00e8s bons gravel bikes et quil est difficile de se tromper, les \u00e9quipements diff\u00e8rent selon les aspects suivants.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fabricant<\/li>\n<li>Version du groupe de transmission (qualit\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>Transmission mono-plateau ou double-plateau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sur les gravel bikes, on trouve souvent des transmissions mono-plateau (un seul plateau au niveau du p\u00e9dalier), mais personnellement, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les transmissions double-plateau.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groupes de transmission<\/h3>\n<p>Les transmissions gravel sont con\u00e7ues pour offrir une large gamme doptions de changement de vitesse afin que tu puisses affronter nimporte quel terrain sans probl\u00e8me. La plupart des gravel bikes ont une plage de 11 \u00e0 44 dents, ce qui les rend parfaits pour les collines escarp\u00e9es et les terrains difficiles. <\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groupe Shimano GRX<\/h4>\n<p>Shimano utilise pour les<span> <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Adf6tf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">technologies GRX<\/a><span> <\/span>des composants de v\u00e9los de route et de VTT pour d\u00e9velopper des composants gravel. Le nouveau <span> <\/span><strong>Shimano GRX<\/strong><span> <\/span>est disponible en version \u00e9lectrique ou m\u00e9canique, avec des p\u00e9daliers \u00e0 1 ou 2 plateaux et des d\u00e9railleurs arri\u00e8re \u00e0 10, 11 et 12 vitesses. Les <span> <\/span><em>niveaux Ultegra<\/em><span> <\/span>de la transmission 11 vitesses avec les abr\u00e9viations<span> <\/span><strong>800<\/strong><span> <\/span>et<span> <\/span><strong>600<\/strong><span> <\/span>sont un peu plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que ceux du<span> <\/span><em>groupe Tiagra<\/em>, tandis que la transmission 10 vitesses d\u00e9sign\u00e9e par 400 correspond \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s au groupe Shimano Tiagra. Un groupe \u00e0 12 vitesses existe \u00e9galement depuis peu dans la famille GRX.  <\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groupe SRAM APEX<\/h4>\n<p>De nombreux gravel bikes sont \u00e9galement \u00e9quip\u00e9s de groupes SRAM APEX, qui offrent une multitude doptions de changement de vitesse pour affronter tous les terrains avec facilit\u00e9. Les groupes SRAM ont \u00e9galement une plage de 11 \u00e0 44 dents, ce qui les rend parfaits pour les mont\u00e9es raides et les terrains techniques.<span> <\/span>\u00c9quip\u00e9s de groupes <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3AG8u7U\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">SRAM APEX<\/a><\/strong>, ils offrent une multitude d\u2019options de changement de vitesses pour que tu puisses venir \u00e0 bout de tous les terrains en toute facilit\u00e9. Les groupes SRAM proposent aussi une plage de 11 \u00e0 44 dents, ce qui les rend parfaits pour les c\u00f4tes raides et les terrains difficiles. <\/p>\n<figure
